Outdoor Channel and National Cable Television Cooperative Complete Long-term Carriage Agreement

DENVER (December 10, 2015) – Outdoor Channel, a division of the Outdoor Sportsman Group– the world’s leading aggregator and content distributor of outdoor lifestyle content – announced the cable network has completed a long-term carriage agreement with the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC). The announcement was made today by Jim Liberatore, CEO and President of Outdoor Sportsman Group Networks.
Outdoor Channel and NCTC have had a long and mutually beneficial relationship and this new agreement addresses a full range of subscriber benefits including robust video on demand (VOD) and TV Everywhere. The new five-year deal positions Outdoor Channel for continued growth within the television industry.
