‘The Brigade: Race to the Hudson’ Now Available on World Fishing Network

DENVER (November 8, 2019) Outdoor Sportsman Group’s original series The Brigade: Race to the Hudson offers a whole new look at adventure racing as a 10-member team try to collectively make their way along 750 miles of the York Factory Express in 28 days to try and claim a prize of $500,000. The Brigade is now available on World Fishing Network airing Saturdays at 8 p.m. ET.

Meet The Brigade cast members of Austin Metheny, Carley Julien, Don Mann, Dylan Applebaum, Kaleb Summers, Leroy Fontaine, Matthew Aird, Traci Kroupa, Tracyn Thayer and Vincent Coulombe. The first few episodes explain the rules of the expedition, including the importance of the seven caches along the route. Each cache contains a new route book to guide the team to their next cache and inform them about details and options to explore along the route, equipment that will be imperative in surviving the next leg of the journey and supplies to refill depleted stores of food and survival gear. The only way out of the excursion is the self-elimination card, which a member of the team may choose to use because of physical or mental exhaustion, sickness or injury.

As the show progresses, the crew journeys towards Hudson Bay from Castlegard, British Columbia. Viewers quickly learn what will make or break the expedition will be The Brigade’s ability to work as a team. With $500,000 on the line and less than a month to reach their destination, the pressure mounts quickly for the adventurers.
