Outdoor Channel Weekly Programming Highlights
June 30, 2016Four Ducks in a Row, Friday Nights Goin’ Country and Fresh Content All Week Long
DENVER (June 30, 2016) – “Four ducks” take a “wild ride” through “uncharted” surroundings in hope of avoiding a “crush” during an “all access” excursion with Lou Tuminaro (aka “The Gunfather”) during Outdoor Channel’s second week (July 4-10) of programming in the third quarter.
Monday evening starts out with Jim Shockey’s UNCHARTED heading to Croatia, “the land of the dragon,” for a mountain sheep hunt that also sees him taking on the mighty Bora winds during his journey. Then, the network has its ducks in a row with back-to-back-to-back-to-back episodes of Duck Dynasty continuing to air every Monday night. First, Willie and Korie invite Jase and his kids to spend the weekend with them while Jase’s house is being renovated and his wife, Missy, is out of town. Next, the guys relocate to Godwin’s house due to an infestation of termites at the warehouse. Then, John Luke and Sadie visit the dentist to have their wisdom teeth removed generating plenty of embarrassing videos. Lastly, following a minor car accident caused by Willie, Si rents a mobility scooter to get around because he insists he’s in too much pain to walk on his own. Later in the evening, The Gunfather airs back-to-back episodes. First, Lou passes down a Tuminaro family tradition by helping Little Louie work on his new 10/22 rifle. In the following episode, a renowned shotgun company drops in to see if Lou’s shop is right for their brand.
Later in the week, Friday nights have gone country! First up, Craig Morgan All Access Outdoors features Craig on a hunt in Hawaii as he chases the Vancouver bull through the mountains. Then, in the second episode of Nick’s Wild Ride, Nick has elk on his mind as he visits the place where men become men in eight seconds or less. Wrapping up the evening is Friday Night at the Movies airing the 1970 classic film – Patton, featuring Academy Award® winner George C. Scott as General George S. Patton, a brilliant and controversial American general during World War II. Closing out the week, Crush with Lee and Tiffany travel to Colorado to hunt bugling bulls on the Hill Ranch.
