Before he was ever known as “The Pigman,” Brian Quaca was recognized for his skills as a riflesmith. While spending his time as a part-time car salesman and part-time riflesmith, he was spending a good amount of time in the woods, participating in high-intensity hunts, to match his high-intensity personality. These stories quickly turned him into one of the most sought after hog guides in Texas, as he lived to capture or kill pigs no matter what. Clients began to affectionately refer to Quaca as “Pigman,” and the rest is history.
Despite the moniker “Pigman,” Quaca is not just a hog hunter. He loves the thrill of the chase, whether that means he’s chasing big Kansas whitetails, roaring red stags, or a monster Texas hog.
